A private residence with a total area of more than 700 square meters has collected many functional areas under its roof, while the general mood of comfort and coziness is felt in each of them. The entire space is divided into four levels: the lower technical floor with a garage, above it a living room with a kitchen, the third floor is occupied by a private apartment with a bedroom, the upper one is the master's. The house also has an auxiliary kitchen, a study, a workshop with professional equipment, a sports and fitness room, and a children's playroom.

living room
The large living room space houses furniture from Zanotta, Erik Joergensen, B&B, as well as a wood-burning fireplace with panoramic glass, faced with natural stone. The dark-colored library by B&B creates a special mood. There is a large Carl Hansen & Son table and Maxalto wardrobes near the panoramic window.
Louispoulsen lamps are distributed in a chaotic manner over a large area of the ceiling. With their black plafonds, they create a decorative pattern and decorate the ceiling.
It doesn't take much effort to get out of the living room to the patio with a green lawn. A few steps separate the dining table from the sliding glass wall that leads out onto the street. There you can relax and cook BBQ.

The dazzling white for Tesla inherits the showroom style of this car brand. It symbolizes the respect of the owner of the house for the philosophy of the brand, as he himself is a supporter of innovative development and progress.
The owner also loves to develop and test electronic devices. For this purpose, we have built a home workshop based on specialized furniture from Dura (Great Britain).
KITCHEN
The kitchen front from Poliform is not overloaded with objects, it looks calm and spacious. Its advantages in technical equipment: in addition to the standard set of equipment from Gaggenau, there is a wine cooler and a dispenser, a central vacuum cleaner integrated into the island, a waste disposer in the sink.
There is also an auxiliary kitchen in the house for the primary processing of products.
comfortable environment
We paid attention to engineering systems, without which the ideal temperature and humidity in the house are impossible.
A microclimate system with high-quality ventilation, air conditioning and humidification is something that is hidden from view, but feels good from the first minutes of being in the room. Smart solutions based on smart home are controlled by the voice assistant Amazom Alexa.
The residence also houses an integrated energy management system, water treatment, sun protection, a set of acoustics management measures, as well as a central dust extraction, as an alternative to vacuum cleaners, and a unique linen chute.
The uniqueness of the linen chute is that it is not installed in private residences of this format, but for the special comfort of the owners and guests of the house, linen can be lowered directly into the laundry room, bypassing the stage of accumulation and storage on residential floors.
An necessary element of the residence is also an elevator installed for comfortable movement between floors.
Thanks to this project, we have gained a lot of practical experience in applying technical advances and advanced technologies to create comfortable living spaces.
